Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow classes

Sahaj Yoga
Combines deep postures with breathing and movement to increase flexibility, strength and balance. This is a great class to take to understand the postures and how to align yourself.
Pilates
Focuses on core postural muscles which helps to balance the body and provide support for the spine. Pilates focuses on breath and movement while maintaining alignment.
